We strive to provide the best orthopedic care in New England. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If there is anything we can do to improve, please contact our Practice Administrator at 978-818-8218. You may receive a Patient Satisfaction Survey via text or email from a service called Rater 8. You are also welcome to fill out our Patient Satisfaction Survey and mail it to our main office in Peabody or drop it off at either one of our offices. We welcome and appreciate your feedback.
ALL PATIENTS
We recommend that you wear loose clothing and no jewelry for your visit in case it is determined that an x-ray is needed.
We will be screening you for the COVID-19 virus on the day of your visit and will be taking your temperature with a “no-touch” thermometer. Please note that a face covering over your mouth and nose is required to be worn during your entire visit. You may be accompanied by one visitor. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment to limit your time in the waiting room.
